Brainspan Bootcamp is a 6-week small-group program designed to help you strengthen memory, sharpen focus, and protect long-term brain health.
Guided by Dr. Jessica Knape and Dr. Ilene Rusk and based on the RECODE/Bredesen Protocol and the 8 Pillars of Brain Health, this course combines science-backed strategies with supportive group coaching.
Each week you’ll learn practical tools for nutrition, detox, sleep, hormones, movement, stress resilience, community, and purpose.
Participants receive accountability, personalized guidance, and step-by-step lifestyle upgrades to reduce inflammation, boost cognition, and build lasting brain resilience. Ideal for anyone with cognitive concerns—or who wants to stay sharp for life.
